Our Team

Jess provides support to our entire team and run’s Dr Perrons clinic. She is also a trained Dermal and Laser Therapist and has been working at Herstellen for almost 6 years! Jess has extensive knowledge in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has the responsibility of coordinating Dr Perrons complex operating schedule and surgical teams. She is extremely passionate about the industry, especially being able to help our patients love themselves and their bodies. With a soft spot specifically for our breast reconstruction patients post breast cancer, she is dedicated to helping guide them through their tough journeys and see them come out the other side.

Jess grew up on a small island North of Brisbane. She enjoys spending her free time having coffee dates with her fiance, Fraser, long walks with her chocolate border collie, Marlee, and spending time with friends and family!

Bronte offers pre- and post-operative support and education, post-op wound care, along with patient assessments and planning with Dr Perron and the extended multidisciplinary team. With a Bachelor of Nursing, Bronte worked as patient support in aged care before becoming a general surgery nurse in the hospital setting. She developed an interest in plastic and reconstructive surgery, with an emphasis on patient support and improving patient outcomes. Bronte commenced work at Herstellen Clinic alongside Dr Perron in 2022 and is preparing to commence further studies in metabolic health. She is passionate about supporting patients’ journeys and making a difference in their lives.

Dana has worked closely with Dr Justin Perron for some time as one of his valuable scrub scouts in theatre. She has specialised in Plastic Surgery and Orthopaedics which gives her a great deal of experience when it comes to supporting Dr Perrons patients as one of our Herstellen Clinic Nurses. In her earlier years she worked as a Pharmacist Technician as well as a supervisor at a Nursing home! In her spare time Dana enjoys spending time out on the bay with her Fiance Patrick in their V17L Hained Hunter and doing house renovations on their 1980’s Queensland Home!

With 3 years of dedicated experience in perioperative care, specialising in plastics and ENT, Rhi brings a wealth of expertise and insight to the Herstellen team. Having completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, she is currently pursuing post-graduate opportunities in critical care nursing, focusing on Emergency care. Passionate about the care continuum, Rhi finds fulfillment in following patients beyond their hospital admission, ensuring they receive comprehensive support throughout their journey to recovery making her a key part of the Herstellen team. Outside of professional endeavours, Rhi cherishes spending quality time with her loving partner, Sam, and their Irish Terrier Teddy.

Olivia attained a Post-Graduate Diploma of Dermal Science in 2014 through the AACDS. Her Scope of Practice includes patient consultation and assessment, dermatoscopy, laser and light-based therapies, epidermal resurfacing procedures, skin/micro needling, and holistic patient care involving the integration of gut health and dermatology. Her continued passion for her role stems from seeing confidence grow in each of her clients as their desired results are achieved through result-based driven treatments. Olivia takes pride in guiding her patients through their journey by providing the necessary foundations to maintain their results.

Outside of work, Olivia’s passion is to maintain a healthy and fit lifestyle. She loves spending time with her dogs, going to the gym, as well as relaxing at the beach.

Holly has studied a Diploma of Nursing and is currently completing a Bachelor of Nursing degree. She has worked in healthcare for 10 years in both clinical and administration roles. Her main speciality has been in plastic surgery and aesthetics, as well as ophthalmology. Her clinical knowledge and experience helps her to provide and educate our patients along their surgical journey.

Holly spent the majority of my childhood growing up in America. On the weekends Holly spends her time visiting her family who live on a small acreage property outside of Brisbane. She enjoys creating art and experimenting with different mediums.
